25 years ago, life was not so different from today. The set we see here was installed at the beginning of 1990, so it was still fairly new at the time. Much slicker than his original set from 1982. It did not last very long because Dave moved to CBS in 1993. But it looked pretty modern. Dave switched out his original CBS set in 1996 and kept that one until the show ended in 2015.
