Very nice series of training videos you did so far! What diameter does your shield have and how much does it weight?
The shields both Ulrik and Christoffer use in these videos, are 80 cm in diameter, and 6mm at the center tapering to 4mm at the edge. Not sure about the weight, maybe 2,5kg?
