Great format and tab - very helpful for breaking down the phrasing in the more widdly parts, which is often the stumbling block for me. Once you have the phrasing down it's just a case of practicing it slowly in manageable chunks and then bringing it up to speed. Thanks!

That’s the stuff Steph! This will always be my favorite Metallica album! I saw them on this tour, they played a smaller venue here (Cliff was still playing bass) with Armored Saint opening, it was an amazing show! The next time I saw them they were playing arena shows for the And Justice tour!

@@StephLeGratteux comment va ton bras ? J'espère que tu es guérie. Moi j'ai finalement trouvé mon problème. J'avais le cubitus débarqué de son spot. Ça va beaucoup mieux depuis que je l'ai rembarquer à sa place. Ça devait faire des années que je trainais ça. Plus aucune douleur aujourd'hui. Bonne chance, à bientôt.
Ah c'est cool ça ! Moi ça va moyen : j'enchaine enregistrements de solos et arrêts de quelques jours. Mais je crois qu'à un moment, il va falloir que j'aille consulter et que je m'arrête 2-3 semaines. Comment tu as su pour ton os ? T'as passé une radio ou tu as vu un chiropracteur ?
@@StephLeGratteux Par hasard, J'avais consulté sans résultat. Je m'étais donc instauré une routine quotidienne de massages et de flexions ainsi que des traitements d'hydro thérapie.(chaud et froid en alternance). Je ne pratiquais plus sauf avec mes bands une fois par semaine. Il y a un mois et demi durant une de mes sessions d'auto massage il y a eu un craquement et un déplacement du cubitus et j'ai sentie une tension se relâcher avec une douce chaleur qui irradiait dans mon poignet. Depuis plus rien, plus de douleur. Mes muscles sont encore froissés après tant d'années à mal forcer mais je peux maintenant pratiquer quotidiennement de plus en plus longtemps et ma dextérité reviens . J'étais sur le point de faire une dépression juste à penser que je devrai peut-être arrêter complètement de jouer lol Je te souhaite une bonne guérison Stéphane. Fais attention à toi. Il ne nous reste que ça la musique en ces temps incertain.
@@SlymuadDib Tu dois pas faire semblant quand tu te masses pour faire craquer comme ça ^^ . Mais bon, l'essentiel est quand ça ait marché et je te souhaite que ça continue ! Et tu as bien raison, faire de la musique est presque tout ce qu'il nous reste :/
