Requirements:
Dive/Dash pet
Each clear takes about 4 minutes which lets you do 10 runs in 40 min (cap).
Here's a breakdown of total loot after doing 10 runs:
pure gold + vendor 27g
518 wool cloth 24g/stack = 621.5g
145 silk cloth 2g/stack = 14.5g
4 moss agate 96g
1 lesser moonstone 5g
formula: enchant shield lesser protection 5g
pattern: phoenix gloves 6g
pattern: heavy woolen cloak 4g
pattern: red woolen boots 4g
5x 10 slot bag 10g
11 healing potion 3g
36 AH worthy green leveling gear/weapons 348g
magicians mantle 100g
Total 1245g (40min) (1868g/hour). Note that results here may vary between alliance and horde.

Yes no doubt. You need a ferocity/cunning pet to get the speed buff

Leveled up a hunter just to try your farms now. Got 1 piece t5 so far.

Either from Tempest Keep Raid, 2 bosses drop 2 tokens or in Serpentine raid there 3 bosses drops the tokens and you'll enchange them into gear pieces in Shattarat City@@angrycupqweggg1851

You can't solo farm any t5 token, you need a raid. Nobody wants to raid SSC though, so the best thing to do is to raid TK (Alar mount run + fel reaver)
