Idk if this actually goes with the video, but BT also gives you the gold bar under your name. But either way, great video my dude, you helped me improved a lot on DBD
This video is really helpful but theres not an obsession every game there is a possibility of no obsession if there are no obsession based perks or add ons and another tip of advice for the mend timer is that it moves slow while running but as soon as you stop such as doing an action it speeds up and if you dont mend before it goes all the way down you get downed
question: in a previous game I've been the obsession and the spider leg thingies around me been red for at least idk 2/3 minutes? does that have any meaning or
1:30 the reason while it’s called Mad/Madness is because just like your survivor going insane playing against the Doctor and constantly revealing your location to the doctor every 5 seconds it drives you insane!
I found a perfect counter. Get Jake Park to lv 30, and get all three of his teachable perks, (they are all really good so don't stop with just one). However the one you want is gentle spirit, which makes crows, and other animals not get alerted to your presence. But at lv 2 the perk makes it so that you don't scream, and thus are a perfect counter to the doctor, and many powerful killer perks, and hexes.
@@n-7956 the problem with "calm spirit" is that unless the killer is doctor, using infectious fright, MYC, or are actually experienced enough to use crows, the perk is completely and utterly useless
There can be no obsession of there are no suvivor or killer perks/ add-ons that create one like oob, d- strike, remember me, save the best for last etc
You've been very helpful! Especially with this particular video lol. I thought the deep wounds was an infection or something lol. Although, I do have a question. Why do you believe NoED is toxic? Perhaps it's because I come from Identity V but I find it pretty easy to deal with. Almost evey hunter in V runs the equivalent of it so I just find it annoying but not unwinnable if you learn to deal with it.
I’m glad this vid helped you out! I personally think it’s pretty toxic because some killers just slap it on a random build to get kills at the end they didn’t really deserve getting. If you build an endgame build around NOED it isn’t toxic but when you struggled the entire match and use NOED to facecamp a kill it can be toxic!
@@sh6rpshot Ah I get it. Thank you for explaining!! I use NoED only because I suck @$$ and get t-bagged at the gate because of it. If I don't get t-bagged then I leave them be. It's only there for toxic people to be toxic back too and... unfortunately I get a lot of use out of it lol. I love being a baby killer ;) In V, Detention (NoED) is pivotal to any killer build expect if you're playing a specific Hunter (Joseph). So I'm used to always running it in order to guarantee last minute pressure. I could go on and on about forgetting which game I'm playing (either DBD or V) I'll try to keep that in mind. @@whaz1641 ??? You get used to it after a while. Normally just run to the opposite gate (the one you're not closest to) and pray to the gods they don't teleport to yours
A slight error but an excusable one. You are correct, for the obsession icon only appears if there's anything introduced into the match that affects the chance of a survivor being an obsession. Though obsession perks are run by at least one player in a match like 80% of times
@@mylesphobia7552 they changed that after the DS nerf though, theres always gonna be an obsession no matter what. this change is fairly recent so that's probably why the person above thought that games without an obsession are still a thing
