Hi can you tell me about the new WES rule for transcript verification.
How our Indian university will send the transcript directly??
In my case, university ‘s official has sent the transcript to WES thru DHL. But wes did not accept that. So can you explain what is the meaning of sending the transcript directly from university??
As in university is not going to open its own courier service or anything and in any international courier, courier company ask for the sender’s Identity proof.
So how university is going to send the courier??
Please please help.

Hi I was in same situation .. WES want transcripts from your examination board or from university only .. (example if your mark-sheets have written technical examination board on top and on your transcript if it say college name on top they don’t accept) transcripts should be in sealed cover and need stamps on seal ..

My question is how they are going to send it?? If they are sending it thru courier, the university person needs to go and courier it and his/ her identity proof will be required and his name will show in the courier tracking.
And they are not accepting that
So my question is how university is going to send it? Because we have to accept it Indian university are going to take that much to create their Lebel and all that with the courier service.
ritu handa Need to send by DHL or any courier company doesn’t matter.. in my case I did it 3 time .. first time when I sent it was issued by my college bec of that on top it was my college name and even on seal stamp was also by my college name and they reject and said (Reason: WES received your mark sheets, but they were not sent directly from your board/council as required by WES.). I guess u have same reason right ?
