Thank you so much for creating and sharing videos. Somehow this particular video seemed to be just what I needed to see and hear today-a beautiful work of art. Your choice of music was peaceful and helpful, seeing nature and your curiosity, imagination and awe at even the “small” parts of nature were so inspiring (reminded me of myself as I’ve been walking around my own yard, taking pictures), the thoughts you shared about what you saw as well as the way you “talked to yourself” in a kind way were very helpful (a very important reminder to myself and helpful to hear this). Your process was inspiring and encouraging and I loved the images you created. This video was so helpful for me as I’m facing intense struggles and circumstances-I am so thankful for the inspiration, encouragement and hope I was able to notice through your creative work. Thank you so much for creating and sharing with us!
I really appreciate this Amanda. Thank you.
Your creativity is pure poetry Ben. Thanks for sharing this video.
Thank you sir
Wow. Your live view Macro is really striking a chord with me on a number of levels. On a more esoteric note it is a calming Spiritually rewarding exercise to stop, notice, journey inward rather than outward. It is so therapeutic and calming. Just the kind of experience that current world events/chaos calls for. No matter what happens this world will continue happily without us, if it comes to that. Very humbling is nature because it is alive and conscious.
Your playfulness with this interlude is refreshing and necessary. Sounds cliche, but it is great to see the "inner child" enjoying just being.
On a more practical note, I am a MFT G9 shooter. Just a hobbyist, but trying to resist the relentless external pressures to "move up" to FF. While each tool has its purpose it reinforces for me, in particular, that I can happily remain with MFT , no further big investment in lenses required and perhaps add the G9ii in a few months for it's increased capabilities within the MFT stills and video world.
I truly enjoy your relentless pursuit of art and creativity.
Thank you.
P.S. I love exploring B&W with my G9. The L-Momchrome and sometimes L-Momchrome D. Never worry about a cloudless sunny day. Just go looking for the contrasts and shadow/highlights 😊
Thank you Keith. I wouldn't worry about FF. You have the lenses and everything you need.
😄i love nerding out on macro stuff like this!! more so after a couple puffs 🤪😅 i can stay in one area for hours ☺️📷
fun adventure Ben, cool clicks too!
This was super fun Ben. Love the Lawrence of Arabia musical vibes. Perfect. The mud with the micro-raindrop craters was fantastic. I have plans to try something like this only with tattoos - super macro, dramatic light. I think it would be a fun project.
Thanks Tim
Dude! Just found my favorite channel. I’ve been searching for this style of video for so long and I finally found it! Excellent to continue watching your videos👍🏽
Welcome aboard! Thank you sir. Lots like this in the archives.

Hey thank you very much!
Great Art Ben!! Love the Leica profile!! Thanks man!!
Thank you sir
Nice, I sold my Leica and rock a Lumix S1 with some voigtlanders and old nikkors. The S1's viewfinder is absolutely amazing for manual glass!
Nice! Really looking forward to the new S1
Beautiful video! Many thanks!!! By the way, what camera bag are you using here????
Thanks very much. Its a Wottancraft - Here is a review - ua-cam.com/video/pTPovR266AU/v-deo.htmlsi=YkCkdXc52oAugKOD

Interesting place do you have to look out for snakes there? Nice local/framing @8.16 👍🏻
I thought the same thing 🐍
Lots of snakes in the summer, not so much in winter. Thank you.
I never understood the micro 4/3 sensor on a large camera body, I owned a digital Pen-F at one point, and I loved it, it is small, image quality is great when paired with the 17mm f/1.8 lens, I have nothing against micro 4/3. Also as using a vintage lens with this technological marvel, I don't get that either, I don't see the connection with the G9 II in particular. I love your creativity, and I have watched many of your videos, an art photographer can take a beautiful photo with any camera paired the right lens. AFAIC this new tech does not have a place in art and creativity. Sorry :)
