how did you unblock your honda i have the same one and it goes 50kmh with gianneli extra exhaust they tried to change the derestricted it doesent go more
Hi! My Honda x8rs have a 70cc Polini kit with a 21 mm Polini carburator. I have the original cdi box and I don’t notice it motor braking but it still just does 70km/h. What do you think is the problem? If u think it is the cdi, can u send a link that works please🙏. I have loads of other stuff in my setup so it should be able to go way over 70 km/h.
You could get in on amazon www.amazon.com/Acouto-Performance-110cc-Scooter-DY100/dp/B07HC38WTX# ... the trick is to switch the poles on the plug of your scooter
The green wire should be next to the red wire. The yellow/blue should be under the green wire. The black/yellow should be under the red wire and next to the blue yellow wire. On your stock plug you should only reroute 2 of the wires (I forgot which one), but with my description above you'll manage.
@@emilkarma6729 I haven't had an increase in torque but my power used to cut off at a certain point and litterally just start sputtering. It doesn't have that issue any more
I have one, and same problem when it's hot, lost a lot of torque. How can I fix that? My set up is malossi yellow torque spring, 5g rollers and an Arrow extreme dark exhaust.
My x8r goes 45 with half of that stuff and without a 70 kit putting a 70 kit on next but doing 45 50 with half the set up u got that should be going around 65 70 mph not 58 !!
Entirely depends on your setup. I had the normal gianelli extra. At the moment I have a 60cc cylinder on with a gianelli nrx exhaust. Take off is much better than with the gianelli extra
@@stefbechan Thanks for the answer. I have 72cc malossi, currently only stock exhaust and stock carburetor(12mm) and stage6 racing clutch. Top speed is 80kmh/h. Soon buying new exhaust and carburetor.
@@samppa32393 I've heard a lot of good stuff about the leovince zx. Hope you can get a derestricted cdi and sport vario along the way as well. Those stock ones really limit the tuning.
@@stefbechan I just took apart the variator and turns out i have a malossi multivariator and i forgot to mention i have destricted cdi. I gotta take a look at that leovince exhaust, thanks
i change it with new one and bigger bore tell my self that will be better also the clutch with a new cvt belt and a new muffler electricity is good on sparkplugs ..but finally the technecian told me you have to change the exhaust with an original one.i dont know if he right or wrong
@@100mhallak I've had my x8r go over 90 with my stock exhaust. Stock cylinder, malossi kevlar belt and taiwan race vario. The torque was horrible but the top speed was great. I've actually invested way too much to get it going as fast as it is going right now. If you want it just going 85 and being a bit torquey, try porting the stock cylinder (just a bit), make sure the squish is 0.8mm Keep the stock exhaust, jet the carb up to spec, get a polini kevlar belt and a malossi sport vario.
Dellorto 21mm carb on this setup is a bit overkill, better of with 17,5 carb and bigger jet and stock air box with mallosi sponge, like this engine will get way more fuel to cool it down.

the cdi is limited to 10.000 rpm

Recently brought x8rs 50cc gets to 35 mph but wont go much more unless down hill any recommendations that arnt to pricey to speed it up
I had some luck by just getting a polini kevlar belt and a malossi sport vario

Try placing a bigger jet so the engine cools off quicker. Also a malossi sport variator helped me out a lot

i have a szx50 but its very choked i made all the maintenance but it still very slow especially up hill is there any secret to make it better ??

It is vertical but not minarelli.
