Yes, some have a rpm restrictor in the CDI, and a washer on the variator that stops it from fully extending, it should be able to do 75km/h down a slope. I heard there is a plug in the exhaust but I don't know about that since I don't have the stock one.

Doss rev High with the 3.6g, changed primary gear which helps a bit, what weight do you think would be best

Yes, the cdi, it can be drilled which will take it to about 45

Yeah still got it, just bought and aftermarket cdi,
doesn't show how to take the bolt to take the back plate out
The back plate just slides off the shaft,
