Awesome Porsche built I wanted to build a car on that build, but I had too much going on. I still have the models. I bought never touched them yet. I’ll save it for when it snows. When the weather is really bad outside, that’s good just to hunker down and build models.🎉
@@SlotCarWildman Eric, I just look on Slot Car Corners site. Look up CB Design wheels and whatever scale you’re lookn’ for. I just have my slide ruler and the model and just compare measurements off their wheel examples. Just to get a general idea of what the wheel and tire combo might look like. There’s also a Paul Gauge tire selector on there so you get the right size tires for your wheels. Hope that helps, I’m no expert. 😂
@@SlotCarWildman Yeah, you can find some that are skinnier just not sure what the next size down would be, you know like is it too skinny? But that’s where I would start.
Looking good. The chassis is nice and quiet on the track.
@@Michael_63 Thanks Mr. Squier.

@@AnthonyBatemanSr Yep, good time to build. 😀
Great little build 👍 some day i need to learn how to build my own chassis. Thanks for sharing 👍
@@SCALE_SLOTCARS You can do it Harry.
Way cool Tadd😎😎😎
@@ted.slotcardaddy Thank for watching Ted!!
🎉
very smooth runner, like how you have chassis set up and tires
@@SlotCarWildman Thanks Eric! Yeah fronts are a little off scale but not too bad. Less friction I guess around corners. 😂
@TADD29 I'm thinking I need narrower tires for my mercury. How do you determine what you need?

@TADD29 thank you I will try this i know tires that came with kit are just a bit too wide so if I don't mount precise it's going to rub somewhere

Are the smaller chassis more challenging TADD?
@@Clearwater124 Same concept Greg, jus a little more difficult to work with the smaller pieces. But you can handle it.
