@@ast3rickk31 Porsche EUROPE did not cheat. They had quality engineers, years of experience, knew how to build a top-class engine from scratch. The US cannot claim any of that, they are not capable of producing an engne under 4v vlitres capacity.
To me 935 sound is "sound of my life". Anybody who ever was able to hear what Porsche 935 sound is about (to hear alife) is a lucky one. Thanks for this video!
Watched them at Daytona 24 hour and Mid Ohio in late 80’s. Bob Akin, Danny Ongais (have a picture of his vehicle on fire on back side of Mid Ohio), the Whittington’s, John Paul jr. and sr. (Had lunch with them in the paddock), Foyt and little Al to name a few. The night racing at Daytona was incredible.

❤😂😢😮😅😊😊😊 I love those 935s that kinda look like almost a DP 935 race in the late 70s and 80s those cars scream around my track and I like the sound keep up the good take care. Have a good week.
after 908's flat 8935 are the ever best sounding Porsche ever made. even 917 doesent sound as good as 935.935/78 will be the very best but K3 is ok to. damn those two exhaust bends side by side right out from the turbos best sound.that's me personaly
JagguFilmer the 917 is in my opinion the second best sounding car of all time, behind only the group b audi sport Quattro. these sound brutal but there are better sounding cars than these. Ferrari 312pb for example
I am not that deep into Porsche world but i am always a big lover of these slant nose beasts!! I want to ask how many slant nose Porsches exist?? I mean just now i noticed this a K3 but there is a k1 too shown earlier in video.. plz do tell
There are many different versions of the 935. K1, K2, K3, K4, Moby dick, ... How many exactly I have no idea. Probably close to 100 racecars in total. They also made a slant nose roadcar.
❤😂😢😮😅😅😅😊😊😊😊😊 I’m sorry, Corvette or Lamborghini or Ferrari or GTR those three suck Porsche is much better much faster and the corner damn good. Keep up the good work. I love those Porsches hanging around the turns at 195 to 200 miles an hour or more I wish I was there watch that race or practice.
935s seem to be highly regarded worldwide yet at home they got their ass whooped by Zakspeed's Ford Capri Turbo on a shoestring budget. Things would be very different had Zakspeed had the means to race abroad.
They are well regarded becuase they dominated motorsport....the 935. And the variants won sebring, Daytona, spa, nurburgring, etc. Multiple times... Along with a over all win at le mans with the Kremmer 935k3....... They were sportscar and and endurance championships........ Didnt the ford capris get they're asses wooped by the bmw 3.0 csl's in touring car???............................................
@@MiguelGarcia-vj7oo in the DRM (Deutsche Rennsport Meisterschaft) the Zakspeed Capri's won almost every race against the 935 for two years running. In the 1st year that happened Porsche pulled a dirty one and got Zakspeed banned at the end of the season so all Zakspeeds wins were annulled. 2nd year Porsche won 2 out of 17 races, the M1 won one and Ford the rest. the old turbo porsches are probably some of the most badass cars ever built...
Hmmm I bet these had a hidden nos bottle in the back also cheaters
Also the most badass sounding motor ever built to this day. Period.

Thank you very much for putting this video together, I can never get enough 935
800hp, manual transmission, turbo, no traction. This car made boys grow up to be men.
The sound of the M1 pro car 😍
+m power Yesterday I've uploaded a video like this one, with only BMW M1's. :)
ua-cam.com/video/qTNLvAVl3GQ/v-deo.html
Agreed. M1 sounded the best!
m power The look as well, typical 1970-1980s supercar look. Low, wide, boxy and a large wing.
weofnjieofing Got the tour de corse 1983 rally version of it, its in my bookshelf :p
That M1 in the beginning. Talk about late braking.
I love the 935 engine sounds, so good 👌
