What's a sea shanty without Chance's genius, without two bass singers in the basement, a full set of vocal drums, and 2 semi-operatic tenors yohoing to beat the band! Never mind. This is what you get when you have all that! Love your dumbfounded reaction -- it's that good!
I really like seeing this live version as it shows who is doing what parts. Tim & Chance are doing the really low notes in the beginning. Chance has his guitar & Austin is playing a mandolin. Adam is holding down the percussion sounds. And Austin & Rob are adding a fuller sound with their harmonies. Wish it was the longer version of the song. These guys are so supportive of each other's talents & projects.
Totally epic!!!! The incredible amount of material they have released over the last 4 years plus is totally incredible!!!! Don't know any other band of any genre that has released this much material and at the quality level they keep presenting. So impressed with Home Free!!!! Their talent level allows them so many different directions at a superb level!!! The legendary status of our Home Free vocalists just keeps mounting to greater accolades that is very deserving of our attention. They are simply amazing and yet they are very humble. It is a privilege to enjoy their vocal gifts!!!! ❣
Ubisoft approached Chance and asked him to write a song for their new game Skull and Bones. How cool is that?! Tim went insanely low and I loved Rob and Austin filling in. This was in front of the Ubisoft crowd. They have a long lyric video of this and then they will put out a video later in the fall I think. Good one Chris. Love this song!🥰
Hey, great reaction ‼️🎶🎵🎶‼️ Chance outdid himself…&, the guys harmonies…..👍❤️🔥👍 Oh, you’ll love a recent one Austin wrote….it’s smokin’🔥🔥❤️🔥🔥🔥…… “PLAYING WITH FIRE”…..it be Amazing….the fire dancers ….WOWZA 🔥🔥💗🔥🔥
Just subscribed. Sorry I missed your live. I still have leftover chills from the first time I heard this. I am so proud of Chance and the guys! To catch the interest of a gaming company!
I loved the fact that Rob/gospel Rob/opera Rob/do what you want Rob really showed his talent and not to mention the low bass from Tim and Chances lead smoth baritone . Loved the reaction man.
This is such an 'authentic' version of the song, able to hear the richness of operatic Rob and the super rumbly double bass with Tim and Chance. Couldn't be more thrilled for Chance having this opportunity and what this potentially means for the guys in terms of future projects. Chance stomping up to the mic a telltale sign of the energy he's feeling. Official Lyric version is the entire song but the vocals are a bit more produced. Certainly worth a listen because now you know what each of the guys is doing. Always appreciate your expert 'ear' because you take note of things most of us will never hear.
I am so proud of Chance, writing and selling tis song for the game...so cool! The way the double bass just rumbles your chest is ...WOW!!!!! Tim is a monster with those notes. I love the touch of opera Rob added, somehow it seemed to fit so perfectly. Austin was the perfect one to play the ukelele at the beginning, and Adam is a beast with the beatboxing. So great. I can't wait for so many more people to be introduced to their talent.
Are you going to do the full version lyric version? This is to short Chance wrote this .Chance loves sea shanties and everything to do with the sea and loves gaming.Ubisoft heard their Sea Shanty Melody and loved it so Ubisoft approached them with this opportunity to write a shanty for Skull And Bones video game they are releasing soon he jumped at the opportunity . Chance playing guitar Austin was playing mandolin and Adam with his amazing beatboxing Tim and his bass and opera Rob can’t get better that that.
Did you notice that Adam was singing bass with Tim and Chance at the beginning. He was also the one saying the words skull and bones while beat boxing.
This was written by Chance (that sounds like it was incidental!) who plays guitar on it and sings lead. When did Austin take up mandolin? The bass in the live version is even bassier (is that a word?) than in the lyric video. I'm not a gamer but the graphics on this look terrific. Thanks for playing this & your comments & insights.
Great reaction as always! My kids hang around for your reactions too so they can count the "biscuits!" 😂 Can't wait to see you watch Drunken Sailor by Voiceplay. They ham up the theatrics again, and it's quite a ride!
So proud of Chance, writing this amazing song! Love the double bass!!
I love that little taste of "Opera Rob" there in the chorus.😊
Tim's live bass performance living between d1 and g1 the whole song, LIVE!!!!!!
Loved Adam Rupp's drone under the bass duo in the intro. Great writing by Chance. Great execution by the guys.

Their vocal abilities are just unbelievable.

Thanks for subbing to the CC Fam!! #creativecrew
Need a movie to put this music to. Chance and Austin on their own creative runs. Awesome.
I loved the fact that Rob/gospel Rob/opera Rob/do what you want Rob really showed his talent and not to mention the low bass from Tim and Chances lead smoth baritone . Loved the reaction man.
This is certainly a different mix than the official lyric version. Here Rob and Tim's voices are more prominent, at least to my ear anyhow.

Chance & Tim with that double bass at the begininng....OMG

I'm not sure. I only did the live version because I've never really listened to any of their live stuff. Soo good!
@@creativecrewfam please do the lyric one you will love it and get the full song. They both are amazing. And what an awesome opportunity for the guys😊
Did you notice that Adam was singing bass with Tim and Chance at the beginning. He was also the one saying the words skull and bones while beat boxing.
Tim's doing the deep bass.
Adam Rupp coming in with Skull and Bones while beat boxing always amazes me
Observation:. HF tends to "break" several music experts!! Love it!! ❤

Everyone forgets Adam Chance doing the bass tone in the back of Tim and Chance at the beginning
Chance wrote this one. Amazing ❤
Way to go, Chance!

Aweee I love that! And just checked that one out today!!!! SOOO good!
The drone sound at the beginning is Adam.
ONE FOR THE ALGORITHM. CHEERS!!
You should also see the lyric video to hear the full song.
Thanks Chris! ☠🍟
that drone pitch you talked about That's Mr Rupp singing Overtones
Biscuits everywhere.
Adam was doing the drone at the beginning. So 3 basses for intro
Oh wowwww!
Adam is the lead. Tim has the bass.
Adam is doing the drone
For another vocal technique I don’t think you’ve seen from the guys yet check out thank god I’m a country boy
👍😎✌🏻
Me I like Adams skull ad bones but then I think Adam is under rated.
How does a human do drums and cymbals at once? Tim has to be off the keyboard!! But Chance is awesome, five
I'm curious if you've used any of the things you hear on this channel in your own arrangements.
More often than not...well, if the song calls for it, then yes! :)
