    Wow really cool. Like what you did.... In general, sometimes just having some raw material to work with, it can be easy to get inspired..... And then you end up hearing something and mold something totally new out of the recycled. Fully formed. This and scaler are really cool tools. And it really doesn't have to be derivative.

    I'd like to know how the heck you get Remidi2 to scroll like that and switch to different parts, the interface for it leaves a lot to be desired. I also had no luck getting scaler to change anything it was being fed by reMidi. Sorry but this is confusing, you're showing 3 long ascending notes of midi in the DAW, but we're hearing and seeing all of this quick 8th and 16th note stuff in reMidi. This is frustrating, I feel like I'm in Algebra class again

    Wow excellent video ,very well presented , just wanted to know is there is an option in scaler to just transform the given chords without triggering the chords itself , because when I was experimenting with these powerful tools I hear the chords being triggered by scaler in all the channels , it sounds good but I need scaler to be used only to transform the chords not trigger the chords notes , fortunately I could do that when I transfer the scaler progression chords to cubase chord track , more over I can lock the scale and chord for live midi inputs to add our own stuff in any other tracks with different instruments , pls go through that feature ,soon I am expecting ur video of remidi and scaler combined with powerful cubase 11 chord track and chord assitant 👍

    • @41Fingers
      @41Fingers  3 роки тому

      Hi, Yes I think there is a way in settings something called chord mute will stop the chords from sounding.

    • @wavespot_rksundar
      @wavespot_rksundar 3 роки тому

      Yes scaler have that function but only works if we want to play something in right-hand key lock enabled and by changing chord in left hand ,but when daw sync mode is activated even chord mute don't work and it triggers the chords which is still the issue

    Thanks for the video. Looks nice. Seems that if remidi go to scaler than if I want to record the final result in Cubase I just need drag the midid from scaler? Or how it works?

    • @41Fingers

      Yeah if I understand you correctly, just record the scalers output. thx for watching. I have many videos showing this kind of thing.

    Thanks for sharing this great plugin setup. Are you connecting outs from reMIDI to Scalar (or, what is the midi flow for the setup?)? Also, curious if you have ever used Xfr Records Cthulhu (Chords & Arp plugin)? Thanks!

    • @41Fingers
      @41Fingers  2 роки тому +1

      generally my keyboard input is routed to remidi then remidi into scaler to the vst instrument. or just input to remidi to vst if I am using a rts setup. never used Cthulhu. good to have you here

    Fun stuff....thanks! Speaking of learning more about the orchestra, have you played with Spitfire's BBC Discovery? The UI laid out as the orchestra adds an interesting element to how we see what we here. As a big Scaller fan, really appreciate your tips and intro to ReMidi. As you call out, this combination is truly limitless. Thanks again.

      @@41Fingers i bought the Children's choir the Soloflute one because its the only flute that plays this Double tounge and tripple tounge perfect. You saw in description the other Instruments. Apple Music will do a big Upgrade next month in their music Portal. They start with HQ and Dolby Atmos. Same time iOS for iPad and will support Dolby Atmos Room Sounds just with ordinary Headsets.
      In fact i look not for the big Orchestration for the moment. At the beginning there are Not so much titles and the Room effect is much more intensive with the Solo Instruments. The reason i was going to additional the Solo Violin of VSL.
      What makes not much difference when you Mix together with Abbey Road Lower Strings from Spitfire. The Low frequencies Out brain can not so good work out for localisation.
      I See it this way: i have absolute No Education in any Instrument or music theory. And did start less than one year ago with a one € Midi Keyboard from eBay. For this the results without any specific mastermix in my opinion is reasonable. The fun Starts when the Sounds are Not Stativ in the room and the childreens choir beginns to fly.
      Have some first tests done and i have Not a realy DAW for the Moment. This means all is playing live.
      I did hope you put yours Midi Files for download. And a bit more in description Like i did.
      Check Out again the Description. Such helps immense beginners Like me to fiddle things together.
