In 1996 I was 13 and my parents were building a new house and we were actually moving in this day even though it wasn’t quite finished yet, anyways a tornado touched down about 100 yards south of our new house and we watched it go straight east up the hill tearing up the ground in its wake, hit the closest neighbors place and took down the barn. It sounded like a freight train going right past our house. That was close enough for me.

They tore my favorite spillway out last summer . Used to be about a 6½ - 7 ft hole below it , it was a great smallmouth and flathead spot . They didn't actually tear it out , they broke it up and shoved all the rubble into the hole . It's maybe 1½ - 2 feet now and flowing fast , haven't caught a fish there since.
Use a float with your crawlers and drift it. Less snags more fish. Thanks for the videos!!! 👍👍👍

The only time I’ve been near a tornado was when I was 16 and working at a convenience store in a rural area. It’s very shocking to see a pig fly.

Carp are my favorite fish man, definitely coming up as a game fish on this side of the pond. Would love to see a "Euro" style video where you target carp I bet you could catch 50 in a day

In my local creek, Largemouth will occasionally get cross-pollinated with the chubs. I caught a largemouth that was bright silver with red cheeks and a black tail. Thing was cool.
id stand by the falls and put on a chartruse swimbait and let the water do the work :D a day of fishing is always better than any other day not fishing
My favorite thing to throw in stained water is like a white twister with a pink jig head. I am sure you can use what ever kind white soft plastic lure you have.

I would get above those rapids and cast below and use that current like I was on a boat trolling. You do less reeling and just let you bait pause in the current and twitch it slowly. It's all fun anyway. Tight lines to you guys.
I got caught I'm one a few weeks ago in Eastern Kentucky. It was scary I was in the car trying to beat the storm home from fishing that morning and I thought I was fine but as they do the storm changed directions and we met in the middle

Yal been getting that beat down from rain/severe storms so I was pretty much expecting it all to be flooded up there. We got some tornados here in STL area but nothing compared to you guys.

Wow; your canals are alot different than the canals in our state.
Our canals are flat-bottomed concrete lined artificial rivers crisscrossing our city/state and generally the only structure for the fish to relate to is the trash that the local slobs throw into these canals.
Talk about difficult fishing; even still, I've caught large-mouth bass, catfish, crappie, blue gills, carp and ultra-violet rays from the sun when I'm fishing our local irrigation canals.
