Stupid question: Doesn't the 2h sword technique make the bleeding choice for Lunging Strike redundant? Wouldn't the berserking chance be a better choice?
@@osirisruiz492That’s not correct either. You want to use your sword with Lunging Strike until you reach level 10 on the Two Handed Sword Expertise just to have it leveled up and then swap your Lunging Strike to attack with your Mace(Bludgeoning). You only have 2 skills that attack and they both should be using the Bludgeoning weapon. You have the Two Handed Sword Expertise selected as your technique so both skills will apply that 20% extra bleed anyway even using your Mace. But this way your Lunging Strike can even take advantage of your Mace’s Expertise and gain you Fury back.
@CreativeGaming WOW I just got home from work and did the build went from Crap Rend build to this, 100X better , feels like a different Game, Thank you SO Much
I was using your Rend leveling build and absolutely loved it, but I just recently beat the game, hit level 50, and am nowt trying to run nightmares, and found it to be lackluster at that point. The hammer of the ancients affix does not give you additional damage, it give the shockwave damage less than or equal to the original skill to hurt multiple enemies
@@mordor1779 it means that the shockwave created by the affix does 60% to targets outside the initial swing; the skill does 100% and the shockwave does 60% unless you find the highest roll and put it into a two handed weapon which will make the shockwave 100%
I used my own build for most of the game and then around level 35 I switched to this one and it does a crap ton of damage and I am able to kill groups of enemies that are 5 levels ahead of me, so thanks for the build I’m only level 51 now and destroy elites and bosses

Hi mate, I’m running a very similar build, out of these 3 otherwise comparable rings, which 2 aspects do you think I should run? 1: whenever you cast a shout skill, it’s cool down is reduced by 1.6secs per nearby enemy, up to 6secs 2: if core skill hits 5 or more enemies, 40% of the resource is refunded 3: your shout skill generates 3 fury while active FYI - the 2nd aspect is on a sacred so I can’t change it Would appreciate your opinion if you got time cause I’m torn haha 🙏

Why do you have aspects of the dire whirlwind on when you dont have whirlwind even on your bar? How would you even proc it? Wouldnt that just be a waste of a aspect slot especially on a two hander?
Does it matter what Aspect is applied on what gear piece? (For example I have a high rolled Edgemaster aspect on my 1 handed mace and not on the gauntlet) Is this still good or should I apply the edgemaster in this example to my gauntlet? Thanks
Is bleed applied for disembowel if you oneshot a group of enemies, as you often do with hota? Does vulnerability from exploit damage get included from the first hit with hota?
Why don't you use the passives for bludgeoning weapons in this build? and the basic atack to charge an overpowered attack is not better than ludging strike?
I switched from whirlwind to this build bc of your video and omg the damage comparison is crazy. I’m only level 47 when do you suggest switching from call of the ancients to wrath of the berserker? This build just feels so much more satisfying to use then whirlwind atm
So I have noticed sometime when I find random pieces with it the range is way higher than on other pieces for some reason, sometimes like 4x as much. If anyone knows I would like to know to haha
Curious why you take the lunging strike talent with the bleed and the 2 hand sword technique for the bleed? Wouldn’t you just want one of them so you atleast get a bleed up and then use something else?
The lung is for evasiveness and quick movement between packs (changing targets, the bleed is a bonus), the sword technique is so that while you're using your hammer as long as you have hamstring talented you get +% modifier to crowd controlled enemies :)
How do u apply vulnerable to enemies? It hardly ever applies vulnerable, so my exploit glyph isn't even in use. Is there a way to make every enemy vulnerable??
Thanks for the video! I'm going bleed Barb right now but dabbling around for some inspiration. Friendly fyi - gut·tur·al. You probably don't see this word spelled out too often but I'm sure you know how to say it in hindsight! Low, throaty, or coming from the gut.
As a level 87 ww bard I moved to hota build. It sure hits hard but is clunky and slow. I wish I waited till 100. I am only missing the rare ring aspect which might help alot with the clunky feel. I spend so much time stun locked with this build is annoying.. It does delete things when you hit them though.. thats fun but I wish was ww till 100.
After hitting 100 with a rogue today I understand why you want to hit 100 so fast. Therefore you want a faster build to essentially speed it up. But after dashing and speedrunning nonstop thru 100 levels im actually looking forward to slowing down alot and just focus on big big numbers not dashing around putting up alot of numbers. You might feel the same when you get there maybe not. I think this build is better for ppl who arent in a rush and just want to play a fun slam the ground type of build. Im enjoying it on the barb so far nice change of pace for once
Why not the aspect that refunds rage when it kills enemies. If you can get 20 or 40% rage refunded it should help a lot with damage because you'll be closer to 100% on rage all the time right? Is there just no room for it? I'm playing ww barbarian but all the rare items I'm getting are for hota builds or weapons mastery buidls. I've got some items dozens of times and yet I'm still missing decent rolls on ww barbarian affixes.
Hi, is this still valid? So far I'm using this build and it's nice to play, how do you rate it after today's patch? Can you list the other aspects on items somewhere?
I got my whirlwind Barb to level 40 and it just seems like I’m constantly running out of fury. Going to try this if for nothing else but to smash shit😂
I ran this the whole way to 71 so far, i high end crit for 250k low end 50 to 90k. Its starved for skill points and fury gen can be a bitch on bosses. Over all fun tho

The lung is for evasiveness and quick movement between packs (changing targets, the bleed is a bonus), the sword technique is so that while you're using your hammer as long as you have hamstring talented you get +% modifier to crowd controlled enemies :)
The lunging strike is AMAZING for hunting treasure goblins too! They can't escape because you're plowing through enemies to focus on them.
Just made another bar build video and mispronounced it again I know lol
So where do I find the Edgemasters Offensive Aspect??
Why do you have a WW aspect on your two-handed sword? Couldnt that be replaced by something more useful to the build🤔
Also maybe some utility aspects on your one-handed swords aswell
Yes it can, I was playing whirlwind and didn’t want to give the sword up until I knew I liked it or not. But yes you should
@@CreativeGamingUA-cam 👍🏻👍🏻
thank you so much. have been trying the Whirlwind build and found it extremely boring. Love this build.
It is pretty fun!!
edge master is active?Blizzard bann this aspect ?
Is this better than the Rend build u made?
Honestly, I like it more, regardless of how good it is this one is much more fun to play.
how do you get to the next paragon board?
But when you don’t choose the two handed mace expertice as your tecnique, then it won’t apply?
Any updates for HotA?
Did this build take a hit with the latest patch?
I noticed n your 2h sword u have an aspect for whirlwind. Why that if your build is HOTA?
Crazy damage… a way better build to use than whirlwind atleast until high 80s or 90s… u start to feel extremely powerful at level 55
give us loadouts so we can save builds please blizzard......
That would be such a good idea honestly!!
YES it's a must have to enjoy the game long term and test out builds in my opinion. They did day they are looking into it
is this a shout build or hota?
Both
Could you turn the music up? I can almost hear you talk.
Also how do you make your barbarian use a specific weapon for that specific attack?
Press S then scroll wheel for that specific ability you want until you get the weapon of your choosing. If I understood your question correctly.
Yea im using that aspect, works very well with this build.
Yo how did you get a tenth potion????
Some items drop extra potions as an affix
Hi, is this still valid? So far I'm using this build and it's nice to play, how do you rate it after today's patch?
Can you list the other aspects on items somewhere?
I'm using it and it still works perfectly in my eyes. I'm only lvl 71 so I don't know about end game
@@thorus1337 I have another question, why do you use bleeding glyphs, skills, or passives (one that slows down) when you have direct damage skills?
What level should we switch from leap to Challenging shout?
Whenever you are no longer relying on leap for fury generation a bunch
@@CreativeGamingUA-cam Thanks man! Great videos! This is my first diablo and your Rend build has been getting me through. Going to try this one.
ok I missed the glyphs. Thanks 😀
You got it
I got my whirlwind Barb to level 40 and it just seems like I’m constantly running out of fury. Going to try this if for nothing else but to smash shit😂
Hulk Smash 👊
Same here pls l3t us know @ronin x70
Im level 40 been running whirlwind wondering is HOTA is better for leveling?
Yes, ww gets op after level 50
@@wLeo15 Thanks
Ive been using this build since launch, its really strong and funnier the ww
Run ironskin with the aspect instead of the ultimate, it's better
How did you get so many paragon points only being a level 60.
How do you have so many talents? I'm level 70 and don't have that many.
umm. my hota build has been tossing 250k-450k crits and like 75-90k normals since lv 57.
Is this good for PVP?
This better than WW? at lvl 50 plus to level
I love whirlwind, but this is pretty fun and does much higher single target damage on bosses with not much effort
I ran this the whole way to 71 so far, i high end crit for 250k low end 50 to 90k. Its starved for skill points and fury gen can be a bitch on bosses. Over all fun tho
How can you know that your builds the strongest when your on world tier 3
I don’t know overall compared at level 100, but the hammer build when done fully can easily crit in the millions at level 70
thing is you dont have any of the upgrades by which level
Grab your main skills first, and then slowly work on the passives. Usually I add it to the video but forgot this go around
please, upload the build in D4 Builds. GG
I hope they will patch it soon destroy whole fun.
Hummm. Got to have the right gear, got to have instant fury regeneration.
If it were a decent build you'd be at WT4 at lvl 60, as you should
I play the game semi casually. Not trying to push into max difficulty content and enjoying my time
Brother, you play fully casually, no semis here, yet somehow still managing to make a video about a low-end dmg build, clickbaiting with "highest damage" and a fake number thumbnail, while producing the numbers of a lvl 30 barb 🥱
@@mikeoxmaul8850don't just talk the talk. Show us your supposedly "better" build then.
The new new Bible!
Haha
I wish you could save builds, I can't be bothered respeccing all of this
I did try this with ps4 controller, felt like playing dynasty warriors lol
is it just me or is everyone else confused on how to change your weapon for curtain things
Is this still viable?
Yes 100%
I accidently made it a week ago :)
Nice, the hits are so powerful and feel so good!
@@CreativeGamingUA-cam hell yeah, the divine feeling of annihilating everything playing Karok in Vindictus:)
doing 3 mil crits with this build around early 70s is pretty fun
Looks like barb version of pulverise
It basically is with infinite uptime
