I have the HX Effects and really happy with it. Just plug it straight into your amp. Kicks arse and really easy to program and adjust on the fly.

Not sure why, but this sounds very thin and very digital like cheap Zoom. Most other HX demos sound awesome though
I just get it out of box and plug to the amp. I may need some more time to play around it to get it sound right
Is there a specific setting to make (on the HX EFFECTS) for use the 4CM ?
Or everything is done automatically once the connections are established ?
add an fx loop in your hx fx signal chain.

Have you experienced any ground loops or extra noise running in 4cm?
I've tested with 3 amps. Didn't notice any ground loop hum

Sounds good! I'm pretty close to pulling the trigger on this. I run thru the fx loop of a stereo amp (orange rocker 32)
How hard is it to route some fx to the front of the amp, and some to fx loops? and do you know if effects can be split within a snapshot?
It's very easy to routing fx block, just go to signal routing and move the block with the big knob. For snapshop, it works like Helix, helix lt. You can to most of the things you want.

is there a reason you only used the old legacy effects rather the new Helix effects?
Because I know it came with new firmware. I didn't read all the information yet. So I don't really know which effect is new.

Why is it sounding so dreadful? I thought this thing was suposed to be good. It sounds like a pissed off hornet in a bucket to me !
