@@sibpalkim.a6382 I discovered the staff 2 weeks ago and started fooling around on my own. Actually, most of the moves you show, I discovered them on my own. It's all logic, the natural restrictions of what you can do with one hand are a good guide.
Then I found this video, and it confirmed that I was not so stupid at all ;-) and now I use it to correct and hone my skills.
I've been playing waterpolo in my youth. It's actually very similar because the ball it too big to just grab it in one hand, and you are not allowed to hold it in both. So you have to change hands on the ball all the time, and you can only do that by feeling and sticking to the ball while you move it around. That way the staff feels quite familiar, and I'm learning incredibly fast. Can do all the moves here already. Not as good as you, of course, but it's fun and I'm improving every day.
Thanks so much for sharing this.

The speed is impressive, the control even more so: the way you 'freeze' the bo at certain crucial moments in each movement to fully demonstrate the proper hand position is fantastic. The quote at the end reinforced by the blooper, as painful as it looked, is also amazing work: no matter how proficient one believes oneself to be there is always room for improvement so never become complacent in your training. Well done good sir.
