I've been following you for some years now. Always loved your content when it comes to Mustangs. Hopefully one day you can build a SN95 for us guys. I own a 94 Convertible, I'm in the process of building. Would love to see you your visual on a build.
Glad to see videos like this, i would also recommend the factory subframe connectors off that convertible Mustang, that can get used on basic Foxes for perhaps cheaper than an aftermarket one at full retail. you might want to do a vid on the tools to bring to a recycler and what's not allowed. every time i see a FBM ad for brand name tools for cheap because they're used, i think it would be good to make up a dedicated junkyard kit to tote around on a specific cart. For example, a regular claw hammer can get converted into a rubber mallet by slipping the rubber foot of a crutch over the face of the hammer--takes up less space than two different BFH's in a cart. perhaps a multi-meter for checking out electronics. and so on.
Dan, I'm thinking about changing intakes from stock to an explorer manifold. I still have the EGR on my original motor and plan to keep it. With the explorer manifolds does it matter if I get a non-egr version and transfer stuff over or I need an egr version? I'm trying to gain some knowledge. I do want to add GT40 Heads as well .
Again this is exactly why this is one of my favorite fox body channels. You’re out putting in the work making those foxes better. I get tired of always seeing big money builds. Its just cool to me to see how much you can do with a budget and some work! BTW its Thanksgiving today as Im watching and Im working here at home getting my GT40 heads going
I always use two hammers one on each side of ball joint or tie rod end hitting both side at once. Pops the off with out damage to nuts, threads,or the stud. Glad you snaged the explorer intake. I have one ,molded it by cutting open the end. File/grind/ flat. Make a gasket . Use a piece of 1/4" flat aluminum for a cover drill and tap to close up the hole after you ports the runners which are now assesable.
You got lucky with the newer ball joints. I yank the bottom strut bolt to give me more space, and then deal with the nut on the ball joint, followed by breaking the spindle free from the ball joint. If you take off both strut bolts, and then go about hitting the ball joint to break it free, the whole a-arm can freely fall down with each wack. Having the upper strut bolt in place, stops that from happening.
Always cool to see some old school upgrades from used car parts. Seeing this just reminds me of doing ball joints, struts, steering links on a 02 Mustang GT last month.
A lot of good junkyard stuff is still out there and plentiful. 3 and 4 bar GT40 heads, exploder upper and lower manifold (ugly version of the GT40/Cobra), 65MM exploder TB, 70mm MAFs found on 94-95 SN cars as well as T-birds with F2VF sensors. 3.73s out of an 8.8 truck or exploder. All of the above will put a Fox deep in the 12s on a tire and look pretty much stock.
I'm still 4 luggin around! lol!
nothing work with that..
@@Neomustangs yeah I got to do a 5 lug swap
That red interior is worth a few coins

My favorite video so far besides the GT40 stuff
Great picks! Awesome budget mods for sure!
Good stuff 👍
Thanks 👍
Three hours to remove the heads & intake and your an expert, it would take me two days
Still a struggle because most of these damn things are rusted out! including bolts!
love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thanks brother!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Any time!
I really like the salvage yard picks! Nice score! Thanks for sharing!
👊😎✌️
Thx man

Doesn’t really matter which however you really want the internal one if that’s your plan
Thank you!
Again another Big Thank You for these Types of Vids Dan. For the average Fox guy maybe no News. For the New Fox Guy GREAT News.
Thx man!
Exactly what I was looking for, thanks!

Glad to help
Always learning from ya bud! Keep givn er!
Thx for the visit !
It was fun going picking with you p head's are a pain in the butt worth the effort tho. Keep teaching thank you. 👍
Very good very good 👍👍👍

And that’s why there’s a chain on the spring
Awesome mod. I run 2004 mustang dual piston pbr brakes with those spindles and still fit 15inch skinnies on my fox. Great mod for the money
Yes ran that combo for years.

That SN interior looked decent lol need interior parts for my SN !
Bro you scared of that spring. Lol.
No I don’t play
Neo do you have a video going into the Cadillac brake upgrade? I have a 94’ GT and would like to do it
I have the caddy brakes on my new edge and they are amazing I can't wait to get them on my foxbody next
Very cool
How'd you get the front SVE wheels to fit? I test fitted those same rims recently on a friend's foxbody and the backside of the rim rubs into the LCA
Spacers
Question, do those spindles come on the 6 cylinder Sn95's too or are they specific to the 5.0?
Yes that was a v6 vert
@@Neomustangs thanks D
Watch the paint! Might scratch it. :P
Lol
Bro, you didn't save that bra?
Haha
Does it have to be’94-‘95 spindles? Or will the ‘96-‘98 work as well?
Yes
Yes ‘96-‘98 will work as well? 😂
@@Shawn_42850 yes
Nice! Thank you sir! Keep up the great content 🙇♂️
