ദിലീപിൻ്റെ കേസ് നീണ്ടുപോ കാൻ കാരണം പ്രോസിക്യൂഷൻ ആണ്. അത് തുടക്കം മുതൽ ഒരുപാട് വേലകൾ അവർ ചെയ്തു കേസ് ദീർഘിപ്പിച്ചിട്ട് കാണുന്നവർക്ക് ദിലീപാണ് കേസ് നീട്ടിയത് എന്ന പ്രതീതി ഉണ്ടാക്കി എടുക്കുകയായിരുന്നു.ഈ കേസിൽ ഒരു ഫുൾ ഗാങ്ങ് വളരെ ആലോചിച്ചു തന്ത്രപരമായി കളിച്ചു. യഥാർത്ഥത്തിൽ ബലാത്സംഗം നടന്നിട്ടില്ല. വിധി വരുമ്പോൾ അറിയാം നടിയുടെ ലീലകളെ പറ്റി.
