Hey Mariano! Isa here responding for Shintaro whlie we #flattenthecurve. It's awesome that you're keeping up with training during the quarantine. We'll be coming out with a lot of new content while we're all spending more time indoors. I would recommend watching a lot of matches on judobase.org and also designing your own workout schedule. If you have resistance bands, those are great for uchi komi! Also, think about your two favorite throws and study them in depth by watching the experts do it in competition. Hope this was helpful!
