    One correction, from Akshardham to Prateek city is 14 km, not 40 km.

    Really great project considering
    1. Mivon shuttering based construction
    2. One of the best loading (among the lowest loading)
    3. Great floor plans
    4. Offers even small sizes
    But the negetive aspects are also there
    1. Openness and ample light Missing
    2. Feeling of high dense project and missing a big central park

    Don't spread misinformation
    There is no 4 lift provision in 6 and 8 units tower.
    There are Only 3 lifts here.

    Gaur siddhartham is far inferior than prateek. The design looks like a chidiya ghar with no gr8 amenities. Construction quality also compromised.

      Gaur Siddhartham is an affordable society and they are providing all amenities which Prateek has.
      Talking about the design, all the flats irrespective of their size, gets direct Sun light which is certainly not the case with Prateek Grand city.
      Prateek is a high density society as compared to Gaur Siddhartham.
      Gaur siddhartham has its own cons but it’s definitely not the “Chidiya Ghar” as mentioned by this gentlemen.

    Sir 1 bhk plus study (2bhk compact)/me carpet area 470 sq ft hai na ki 532 sq ft. Prateek builder gives us wrong detail.
