How to Mix Liquid Concentrates
The first step is to select your sprayer. There are a variety of sprayers available on the market that will suit a variety of different property types and treatment area sizes. 1-2 gallon handheld sprayers are great for spot treatments around the house, while a 50-gallon spray rig will cover areas greater than 4 acres.
Before handling any chemical product, always wear your proper personal protective equipment, or PPE. This includes eyewear, a facial covering, a long-sleeved shirt, chemical-resistant gloves, long pants, and closed-toe shoes.
To mix your product, fill your sprayer halfway with water, then figure out how much product you'll need to use by reading the product's label. If you need assistance, email use at [e-mail].
After measuring out the amount of chemical needed for your application, add your chemical to the sprayer. Fill the sprayer with the remaining water and agitate to mix your solution.
Apply your product per label directions.
Keep people and pets out of treated areas until products dry. This may take approximately 60 to 90 minutes.
Clean your sprayer when finished. Fill the sprayer with water, then apply over the treatment area until empty. Store unused product in a cool, dry place out of reach of children and pets.
