I assume its the song combined with the fact that you're making Keller raviolis but god damn this video made me really emotional and have profound thoughts about my life and my choice to cook for a living and the effects it has had and will have on me.
I'm truly amazed at all your FL videos here. I tried to make the Sweet Potato Agnolotti today and it was an utter disaster. Tried making the dough recipe twice and the dough never came together. Had to throw both in the trash. I've made pasta dough before but not Keller's recipe. For some reason it just didn't work.

You should think about narrating a couple of the video's and make them slightly longer. I think people would really like it, you obviously know what your doing.
Where is the shaved parmesan at the end! Might as well toss it in the garbage. Kidding, amazing video of a Thomas Keller recipe in action. Perfect visual guide to the recipe but I'd recommend watching on .25 speed especially during the agnolotti stuffing
