I personally Feed my T’s with small crickets for the slings or dwarf flightless fruit flies, and for my Juveniles and adults I feed them Locusts
Crickets and big meal worms. Mostly worms. I can feed them a couple times a week since it's not a huge meal. I love my T's so freaken much!
The big mealworms are superworms, but yeah I also use crickets

So desperate to find a female, have a male but getting a female or finding one is bloody hard.
RED RUNNERS, all the way! They don’t burrow down like Dubias.
YES. Dubias are so annoying. I need to find a red runner Breeder near me. My male curly hair refuses to eat dubia roaches. They just play dead or burrow. It's so annoying. I hate disturbing the dude too when I try to get the escapee roaches.

I have to ask for people who use roaches. Ever have trouble with escapees?
My cat takes care of that. She has caught a couple of Dubias, super worms, and crickets.
They all can get away, but they Don't climb slick sided containers, so it's usually fine.
