It disgusts me how some people can judge someone by their looks. Lizzie is such an inspirational, funny and bubbly person, who tf cares about what she looks like? She's not "ugly" or anything, she's beautiful and she's always herself :)

Oh, and I love your dog! I have a Chiweenie that I love dearly; she'll be 3 next month, and I also got her a sister last year. Like you, I can't handle a big dog, so the baby is a miniature Dachshund that turned 1 this summer; LOVE them both so much.
Please rescue a dog. There are millions and millions getting euthanised and living in cages with depression waiting to be loved. MILLIONS! Why is everyone so focused on the aesthetics (breeds). All dogs will give you so much love and deserve a home. Stop buying from breeders!!! Start adopting! They need us

When people say though to rescue a dog rather buy off a breeder, what I don't get is that the dogs from the breeders are still going to end up homeless or moved from place to place if nobody buys them, of course I know it doesn't discourage the breeders, buts that's not what I mean. Surely its still ok to buy off a breeder and raise a dog in a lifelong stable home aswell? Not meaning to argue I just need someone to clarify that for me cause I don't understand why nobody thinks of it.
+TheLucyOlivia Channel It's supply and demand... Puppy mills will breed dogs more frequently if more people are purchasing. Dogs end up in shelters and pounds due to the negligence of humans, we are solely responsible for bringing (breeding) dogs into the world. If each dog lover would adopt once in their life time, the issue would be so much less severe. Not telling anyone what to do, it's just something I feel strongly about.

You really cracked me up with the plug for the movie A Brave Heart- The Lizzie Velasquez Story which everyone should watch more than once! Your candor and honesty with the Q&A is a blessing. And yes I couldn't agree more on trying new things. We should all challenge ourselves no matter what age or ability level. Learn a new thing or take something you like to the next level.
I liked your "place you could be" answer. We'll have snow soon enough up here in the midwest and although I'm not in a cabin it is a comforting feeling to be warm and comfy with the snow falling. I always like to a night time walk in the heaviest snow fall. The streets are empty, it's incredibly quiet and if the wind is calm the falling snow is mesmerizing. If you have wooded trails to walk it's that much better.
I've been taking in this beautiful fall up here by walking the woods searching for mushrooms, medicinal mainly but some edibles. This is my latest new thing/challenge for myself. I've been out 10 of the last 12 days scrambling down deer trails and pushing through the thorniest, deepest woods I can find for most of the day. My effort has netted me 4 pounds of turkey tail mushrooms, 6 of Hen of the Woods, Artist Conk and the rare Reishi. Not to mention countless thorns stuck into me! Google those mushrooms if you get time, they all have incredible medicinal uses and are like little works of art. I've already started making teas/concoctions to share with family and friends. It's unreal what you find if you look close, pay attention and are willing to push yourself. I have some incredible pics of things I've walked over or around all these years. The meditative quality was priceless and recommend everyone to take in some nature. Be aware that hunting season is open so if you do get out stick to safe places and don't mess with the mushrooms if you don't know about them, just take lots of pictures!
