i never played it at a high level but my cousin made it till AA and he said that the difference was always location of pitchers, the better league the better control, other than that pitches and speed was the same, he was facing 100+ since rookie/A, they just couldnt throw strike

I’d say that the pitching is better. As long as you’re on time with the fastball, you can hit anything. Good luck in your career!
