    Josef says "were off the mat", and then seemingly doesn't try to finish the head and arm triangle when they reset. Jay pays him back with brutal takedowns followed by what looked like a rear naked that he was going to happily squeeze around his nose and face. Brutal

      @cannonsmith4007 8 місяців тому +19

      I don’t know about spazzing. Being more aggressive, yes, but definitely not just spazzing out. Jay was utilizing a lot of good technique. There’s a difference between quick twitch movement and “spazzing”. And Jozef was certainly smooth w/ his movement, but wasn’t just flow rolling either. He was definitely submission hunting, but with calm, methodical attacks. Great round by both guys. They are both already very, very good, but kind of crazy to think about where they’ll be if they continue to train together like this, especially with Craig coaching them up.

    Dumb for them to train with slams in a practice round 👎 a broken rib puts either of them off the mat for 3+ months at the prime launch point of their careers. Its a year for a torn ACL.
    Edit: and jo definitely popped Jay's arm a bit @ 4:20. Great armbar. Super dumb training from jay on display in this video.

    • @ShqipeKnocksMMA

      It’s controlled wrestling despite what you may think, and if a rib breaks on a throw like that then I’d blame my own weak bones and cartilage probably caused by vitamin and mineral deficiencies from shitty diet and lifestyle, instead of the excuses. I’ve been thrown harder than that and had bruised ribs, back on the mat with no pain after a week.
