HELP! Which Pronto Cover Do I Need?

Have a Pronto but not sure which cover to purchase? Here's a detailed look at the four covers (wind, rain, summer, cold weather) Pronto USA sells for the incredible Pronto stroller and my opinion on when each one is most practical after extensive use of each one.

Can you layer up two covers? Like the winter on the inside and the rain cover over that ?
