Hi! I have tics, and I usually suppress around my family. I try to talk to them about it, but they fake claim me. I'm able to suppress my larger and more noticeable tics. I only suppress mh noticeable tics. But even then, when I tic around them, they fake claim me and tell me to 'stop being an attention seeker.' How would I get them to understand and help me get a diagnosis for any condition I might have? Note - I've had tics since I was 8-9
I've seen people with tourette's. I've seen people make fun of people with tourette's. It's not like they can help it!
