Probably 5 axis CNC machined from a massive solid chuck of aluminum.
Pretty sure the frames are even aloud to be slightly modified now, so basically nothing is actually stock. But the frame mod is real tiny. I remember seeing the AMA post about it but idk the details

Should ditch the fender under the seat though. Very redundant, looks like it's got two fenders.
@@Whitejesselink Move the foot controls up - a lot - and you've got to move the rider up as well. Last year many of these bikes had super thick chunky seats that accomplished the same goals but IMHO these look much better.
@@TMbiker1000 you like the chunky seats or the flat tracker seat pan like this bike has? I definitely like this look better.
Ive personally always called big comfortable seats "grandpa seats".

EXACTLY KEN, the pan American is the worst looking bike I've ever seen in my life as it comes. The super hooligan version is BEAUTIFUL.

I'm sure it runs and rides great but not very pretty like most Harleys.
It looks cluttered to much going on with it.
It's not really meant to look good, though I think it does, espasically the seat! Love the seats on the saddleman bikes.
Check out the super hooligan bikes, they're much much bettwr looking than the baggwrs.
