idk how ive finnaly finished i had to write an essay about the goddamh costumes (for online school i dont think many ppl did it on the day it was due lol)
Gosh, I wish they could have done more. These CliffsNotes were perfect. Comedic, quick and very informative. Lord knows I wouldn’t mind learning other subjects about theater and the arts this way. I mean, they don’t have to always be about Shakespeare. I wouldn’t mind a CliffsNotes video on the Phantom of the Opera.
I could watch this on a Saturday morning over a bowl of cereal, it's so entertaining (and also helpful for learning Shakespeare details, the reason I stopped by).
Man this vid is rlly sunny especially when Hermia slaps Lysander and Quince slaps Bottom and when OBERON JUST RANDOMLY GETS A FLYSWATTER AND HITS PUCK WITH IT
You see, when you watch all the CliffsNotes videos...you see other characters and hear other voices. 2:04 I looked at Nick Bottom, and Tom Snout and just thought....Cassio? IAGO? (Please someone get this-)
This is great .. just saw this in an opera version at the Manhattan school of music and had no idea what was going on .. I tried to read the wiki and it was no help.. thanks for the add
spent a long time figuring out the word in 3:33. It spells as "funsies" which is informal American slang for "providing amusement, entertaining or practical joke"
If you cut out descriptions, fancy words, and all that jazz, you get a 7 minute video. 7 minutes! This pdf is 88 pages long, this other video is an hour and forty minutes, but this guy cut it down to 7 minutes. Thanks.
Omg you at Fenelon? Me too - wait i can see you - is that you in the hat? the red hat? I'm waving? You see me bro? Bro? BRO!? BROOOOOOOOOO!? Broski? Broksinho? Bro bro? Hey G! Stop blanking me! Holla! Yo fam! You sayin? NENEL! SWAG! NENEL SWAG! NENEL SWAGINHO!? Oh wait. It's not you. It was a crisp packet. (Obvs ready salted). OH wait hang on. There you are! NENEL!!! WAVE BACK!!! Out of all the Shakespeare stories, nobody died in the story. Also this is what I call a romantic comedy play to do. 😃

Today my year 6 class was studying A Midsummer Night’s Dream and our teacher this on and it was so hilarious. But we still watched this 🤪
This was the best explanation of this play I've heard, thanks.
SOO useful, funny and easy to remember, I read the sparknotes one and it was so boring, but ii remembered this the whole way through! Would recommend!
This helped me understand the story of A Midsummer's Night Dream and write an essay about it, thank you so much!

Add to the notebook. Mwa ha ha.
5:40 "wild goose chase" was actually an idiom invented by Shakespeare, first used in Romeo and Juliet!
I have this drama in my Textbook.

All you have to do is slow the playback speed to .75 and BOOM, the pacing is better, the summary is easier to follow, and the comedy is funnier.
