- Josey whooped me good this time out… haha I tried to tell him which direction we should head when we first got to the area. Begrudgingly I went with josey cause time if anything especially now has taught me to trust my brother’s judgment haha. Either way 10 mins into the hunt going joseys way he struck major paydirt if you will. A huge congratulations to my brother Joe. Thank you brother so much for your time and the cherished memory again.

Brother I’m still dreaming of finding mine. I was there but she went home with Josey. Those are hard to come by even for our standards. Keep in mind I’ve probably found close to 60-70 broken points to find yet another broken one. This one was just so beautiful the damage to her tip didn’t matter. And you two strike again! You are pulling early Archaics every time. Sweet serrations on the Dovetail, you can see how ground flat it is from the video…I wish I had some time this weekend with the rain coming in but not goin’ happen… go get some more!!
Brother we’ve gotten really good at targeting certain areas. Most people have no idea what we’re up to and it’s extremely out of the box thinking that even normally I shy away from. Josey holds that train of thought so well and has taught me so much. 2 out of 10 were oldies for sure. That’s a killer ratio for a first time test run of an area we’ve been eye balling for awhile now. Glad you enjoyed the video and I hope you get out soon. Your sites are out of this world 🌎

That’s a very early technology. It helped them resharpen blades and projectiles without having to take the hafting off. It could be resharpened on the bone/antler/wooden handle. Thanks for the comment brother
