What a blessing you both are. You are true heroes of the faith.
I know in a personal way what is to be rejected by a ministry for following Bethel and pastor Bill.
Is really sad to see many christians that don’t believe in the gifts of the Spirit and criticizes those who move and demonstrate the true power of God.
Thank you Robby for this interview and I thank the Lord for your life and ministry. God bless you.

I believe the connection to the Tree of Life rather than the Tree of Knowledge is so key for leaders. Bill has been attacked by the tree of knowledge of good and evil "truth" bearers for years. Humility and grace...it's a powerful 1-2 punch to the forces of hell.

“Our life truly has to be about how we relate to people” WOW thank You! The more the Holy Spirt is revealing truth to me the more I want to BE like Jesus, God loves all of us we are to love others just as He loves us. 1 Corinthians 13:4-7 is what I am eating.

very gracious response from Bill. Much more than I. Just get frustrated with the heresy camp as I know the result of the Holy Spirit's work and the use of the gifts has had on my life.
    He also brought me up out of a horrible pit, Out of the miry clay, And set my feet upon a rock, And established my steps. 3 He has put a new song in my mouth- Praise to our God;

I've seen a quite a few "Christian Critics" on UA-cam...and it's always the same people they attack. Bill Johnson, Benny Hinn and Kenneth Copeland. It is really refreshing to hear Bill's Perspective! Such Grace and Humility ❤

I think it’s best to see where leaders are lining up with the Bible and what kind of real fruit they are producing. Jesus said to judge a tree by it’s fruit. I think we must seek the Lord for wisdom of who to listen to with so many people we could listen to. There are warnings in the Bible of wolves coming in dressed like sheep. We should be careful, we should weight what they say. One of Jesus’s compliments to a church in the book of Revelation was that they tested people that claimed to be apostles.
I believe the most important thing is our own personal relationship with Jesus and listening to his Spirit and also in Ephesians it does say that God gave some to be apostles, prophets, pastors, teachers and evangelists to build up the church.

I love your show Robby. Great interview. You have a lot of really good picks. I love Bill. He has a very helpful way of seeing things. I met him once at a VOA conference. I turned around and he was standing in front of me and then I realized we were outside of a unisex bathroom and he was next in line. I just let him know I was glad he came. 😅

While I appreciate Bill’s humble approach and believe he genuinely believes what he teaches, some of the foundational “revelation” that his movement is built upon isn’t based on the clear plain interpretation of Scripture.
Is it our job to turn earth into heaven? According to Jesus in Matthew 24, the earth will be worse than it ever has been at His return. He has been taking over Redding for 30 years, how’s that going?
Is it always God’s will to heal? Did Jesus heal everyone? Did He ever say that would happen? Did Paul lack faith for Timothy’s stomach ailments? Did Bill and all of Bethel lack faith for his wife and dad? Is Eric still deaf?
What is Bill’s eschatology? I have listened to hundreds of messages and have never heard him address. Though I have heard of “angel” feathers dropping in the service dozens of times. Never seen one produced.
I have never heard the full throated Gospel preached one time.
While his friends at Iris have a core value of suffering for the Gospel, I have never heard a teaching on suffering either (which should be a clear expectation of disciples of Jesus).
In lieu of licking his boots, when are any other charismatic leaders going to address some of these obvious false teachings?
Lack of accountability is the reason that many have fallen and more will follow. The age of celebrity Christianity is coming to an end.

Best way to handle criticism is to ask the Father "What testimony would you like me to share with them that will impact their heart?".

At the end of the day there is no ground for divorce, unless for cheating. You are loved but you are held accountable. No one is being critical for holding you accountable. A man takes care of his wife, even when you don’t feel the respect. She’s a woman.

There's so much good here about character and response, but we should press way harder on the reason for the criticisms instead of just accepting an "I don't know why" response. It's true that much of the criticism aimed toward Bill is from the Lord and for the better of the Body of Christ, but the false teachings are always doubled down on and the claim that it's the Holy Spirit leading is used as a trump card.
The NAR accusation isn't helpful because it's so easily dodged, but Bill's answer and teaching that he's apostolic and just as the early church continued in the apostle's doctrine, so do they need to receive and continue in his teaching of blueprints from heaven is exactly why people are right to reject what he puts forward as apostolic and apostolic teaching.
My first exposure to Bill and Bethel were at a church I attended for years before covid dismantled it, and they were promoting the book "supernatural ways of royalty". I read it, and couldn't believe what was being put forward. When you got through all of the strange uses and interpretations of scripture, you finally got to the foundational passage in 1 Corinthians 4, where Kris absolutely destroys any kind of integrity laden contextual use of the verses about royalty and contradicts as clearly and directly what Paul's point is as possible. Just by reading that chapter, you would rightfully conclude that if Paul (or Jesus by extension as Paul was writing under inspiration of the Spirit of Christ) walked into bethel and taught his ways that he says he taught in every church which is why he sent Timothy to rebuke them, they would wholeheartedly accuse him of having a poverty spirit and send him packing his bags in shame.
There's so much to say, but throwing a humble spirit on top of decades of harming the Body of Christ and disenfranchising multitudes that aren't healed that are prophesied to be (Nabeel Quereshi being a prominent example) is inexcusable. Why not just interpret the bible and will of the Lord like Paul did. Cry out to Him for healing, and if He responds with a yes, thank Him, if He responds with a no, my strength is made perfect in weakness, glory in the weakness. Paul includes physical sickness (greek astheneia, same word used in mathew 8:16-17 for the infirmities Jesus healed quoting Isaiah 53) which means this is totally contradicting Bills theology on healing. God wanted character and power for Paul, which was hindered by his physical well being. To teach that God's will is always to give us what hinders our character and God's power in our lives is no small error, it's doing exactly what all false teaching does, it's ripping apart the Body of Christ and making factions. To deal with those who are concerned about Christ's Body in such a flippant way and play the good victim who is suffering like Jesus is.....well, I'll leave it at that. There will be a strict judgement for those who are teaching as James 3 says, and I sincerely hope for the sake of every man that this sort of thing falls under 1 Cor. 3 and there will be loss but those teaching will be saved, rather than a 2 Peter 2 or Mathew 7:21-29 issue, but we should most definitely contend for what the new testament teaches, and reject the modern day popular contradictions of who they were and what they taught.

@@dnaem68 maybe your speaking of yourself? I’ve highlighted issues that are causing severe damage to the Body of Christ. I’m totally willing to be rebuked by any substantive response to what I posted but your name calling just shows you have no care about God nor His Word. You shouldn’t throw insults so quickly as the accuser of the brethren does, you don’t know me and all I’ve done is shed light on “apostolic” abuses of scripture.

I like Bill. But his endorsement of the physics of heaven. Is dangerous, new age and spiritism. He deserves to be rebuked. publicly and corrected. I have to believe God will raise up leaders who are annointed with great miracles prophetic etc. Will be jealous for God's word, stay the narrow simplicity of the Gospel, no mixture of prosperity gospel. Will boldly call out error such as what Bill has done and others. Because the people will see, u can be massively annointed. And keep the pure gospel of the kingdom. In other words, the added garbage, does not make u get more annointed, but rather opens u up too lies, pride, demons, maybe bring yourself to ruin
