the rear seat adjustable like front seat , electronic button at door panel, thats why have a gap behind the rear seat for it to move front back i guess ?
When they launch jaecoo they said it's a premium/luxury brand than chery.. now seem this c9 looks more premium. When j8 launch would it be much more premium than this c9?
Bobby do u think it will be reliable car. ? I consider to buy crv ehev .. but this jaeco omoda fuh .... Last 2 weeks test jaeco j7 .. best woo compare to crv .
Hi Bobby. It's been a while since you did a test drive or a genting run. When will do one again? If you ever have the chance to do one again could you do one of these newly launched chinese suvs?
they try to seperate from Chery to reduce the rick, it's obvious that they don't want to mess up their higher tier car range with Chery that involved with previous incidents
Well I explained from the beginning this is Chery's global direction ... Interesting take using demographics to separate the customer experience ... Certainly not what we're used to
Omoda is worldwide brands. Jaecoo is premium brands for overseas market. Chery is chinese brand and it does sell jaecoo in china under Chery, and not Jaecoo. There are other brand names under Chery. Exeed and Jetour.
Can Bobby gives his opinion which transmission is better? Omoda C9 8 speed torque converter automatic or Tiggo 8 Pro 7 speed dual clutch in terms of economy, ease of everyday usage and durability. Actually looking forward to Jaecoo J8 with 8 speed torque converter automatic transmission or PHEV.
@@TanRetired The 8 speed is from Aisin which makes many luxury brand gearboxes. So it is definitely more refined, efficient and smoother than the 7DCT in the other Chery group cars. Not to say the Chery gearboxes are bad, they are just not caliberated right with the engines. A software update for them would really help
The way the works is just like China construction company in Malaysia namely .. cccc, bccc, ccc4 … if any incident/ payment fxck up.. eventually you can’t find their company owner :)
Thanks for review, Bobby. Done booking after watching your video 😊
Thank you for your review and it’s really detail descriptions. Btw your hairstyle really look a like Mozart😂

No. Jaecoo is not more premium.
All Jaecoo models are sold under Chery brand in China

Jaecoo=Lexus whereas Chery=Toyota?
I own a Merc and this car is impressive indeed. Will take a look at it once it’s launched.

Seems so far the jaecoo lineup doesnt have any major deal breaker, except maybe the lead time .
When in Poland?
Too confusing for branding with them not making their minds up on the Chery Jaecoo Omoda divison.

I don't like dual clutch for everyday family cars. Torque converter all day everyday anyday

bobby, what is your opinion? i am waiting for Jaecoo J8. is this overall better? im not using as a family car
Not sure. Haven't driven both
First... hope they give good packages.

then j8 is 1 level higher than omoda ? above RM200k maybe
J8 and C9 is the same car with a different body. Basically J8 is a C9 available with 7 seats
Why don't they use the name Exeed RX like other countries but Omoda C9?
😂 two Quad pipes exhaust fake like a Mercedes too 😂
Dark interior design seems boring. Hope ada options warna lain

The problem with these chinese car, they are overvalued, worst 50% of price value will be gone in a year.
Over valued? 😂 😂 😂 Have you met European cars??
Lexus at 500k drive for 5 years you lost 50% you think that appropriate?
claim by a so called so hai not so chinese
These PRC vehicles have no resale value. I would avoid them at all cost
