Hey Kev, That is the only way to cook a Smoked Ham! I think I have mentioned before that I worked in the Smokehouse at Hatfield Quality Meats back in the 70's and I learned many cool cooking ideas. I always get my Ham with the skin & shank and cook it l o w & l o n g. It's So Good, Yours Looks Delicious 😋😋👍‼️🙂😺

This brings me back. About 25 years ago, I saw an episode of Alton Brown's "Good Eats" called "City Ham", where he revealed his grandmother's secret recipe for ham. It involved mustard, brown sugar, bourbon, and crushed ginger snap cookies. Absolutely delicious. The recipe is easily found on Google.

Bourbon ginger snap ham. Best ever,…just 4 ingredients. Mustard, brown sugar, bourbon whiskey and finely ground ginger snap cookies. Yuuummmm!!!
