Can I Drive a Dragster on Slicks in the Snow?

This time at the Quick Speed Shop, it snowed for the first this year. I think its a good time to try to cold start my Deathrap Rail Dragster and see if I can drive the thing in the snow with slicks. Let's fire up the Buick Nailhead and take it for a rip!
