I’m wondering if the book or the movie will be better. And Roz didn’t kill the family of geese,It was a storm. She then found the egg and took care of it because she felt bad it had no family. The gosling’s name is Brightbill
@willsheahan2213 your are right and wrong true there was a storm but Roz fell into the tree causing it to collapse and she admitted that she killed the family on the dawn truce
@@scronch355yeah she caused the rockslide and accidentally killed the mother and the eggs leaving only brightbill so she decided to take care of it until she found a new parent for him (she never did)
The wild robot books were my favorite but I forgot about the fox, the main point I know is the animals calling roz a monster and then changing their mind because of roz taking care of the geese
Well I hope you read the book but f you haven’t, they don’t speak until roz learns the animal language so just watch up until that and you have your wish
This gives me nostalgia because in the 3rd grade my teacher read us the wild robot book. And we were wanting to see the sequel of the book so she then got that book and read it to us. But now I’m glad to see it return as it gives me nostalgia
People who don't read this book you have no idea what it's truly about. It is really good. I read that in third grade it was one of the best books I've known at the time
I remember reading this book series back in elementary school, I forgot most of the plot so I am exited to see it, all I remember was an old charecter saying that winters are getting colder and summer is getting hotternor smth
A lot people are upset that the animals talk but as it turns out that’s what happens in the book so it’s not new it’s directly from the source material
I read all the books and I WILL watch this movie, thought I’m a little confused why they changed Roz’s looks but maybe the movie version is made to be easier to animate but idk
The movie actually caught my attention because I thought “what the hell is this gonna be like a no dialouge film?” And now Kevin hart is prolly gonna be like, a fucking chipmunk
Dude, my fifth grade teacher gave my class each a copy of this book before we graduated, I spent most of my family’s vacation to San Diego reading it. W book.
I guess people also don't realize this is From.
A book.
Yeah because this movie is for the fans like me…😔
I was obsessed with the book back in elementary, still love it to this day
A couple years ago, my teacher made us read that book and now that I’m seeing this it’s great
The book is amazing and pretty long and can’t wait to see it!
Yeah
I’m wondering if the book or the movie will be better. And Roz didn’t kill the family of geese,It was a storm. She then found the egg and took care of it because she felt bad it had no family. The gosling’s name is Brightbill
I loved the book
I’m pretty sure she was the one to cause the rockslide that killed the geese but I haven’t read the book in a while
@willsheahan2213 your are right and wrong true there was a storm but Roz fell into the tree causing it to collapse and she admitted that she killed the family on the dawn truce
Roz killed the geese, she was too much weight for a rock to bare so it fell and crushed the entire family besides brightwing, the baby gosling
@@scronch355yeah she caused the rockslide and accidentally killed the mother and the eggs leaving only brightbill so she decided to take care of it until she found a new parent for him (she never did)
So, Bastion gets a whole new chapter by DreamWorks? That sounds awesome! Can’t wait to see how it comes out.
Wasn't bastion, a war robot in overwatch or am I thinking of something else
@@noname-dq9ufyeah but sso is this robot
When I first saw this trailer I thought of Bastion too!
Not by DreamWorks, no. There's a whole novel series iirc
@@Paradoxiicall Yeah, it was originally a book that followed this exact plot line.
The wild robot books were my favorite but I forgot about the fox, the main point I know is the animals calling roz a monster and then changing their mind because of roz taking care of the geese
Automoton propaganda, superearthshall reign supremee🗣🔥
As someone who read the book I am fully excepting of the animal voice actors because they spoke in the actual book.
yea same
The baby gosling should be voiced by Ryan gosling.
Underrated comment
YES!
TRUE BRIGHTBILL SHOULD BE
I would’ve loved if it was a silent movie where no one talked, I think that could have so much potential
The Wild Robot was always me favorite book and I was ecstatic that they are making a movie about it! Can't wait for it to come out.

The book that this is adapted from was so good
As a fan of the book this is based off, I see this as an absolute win.
The book is even more awesome!
Hmm I agree I would’ve liked minimal dialogue, but I’m still interested
Well I hope you read the book but f you haven’t, they don’t speak until roz learns the animal language so just watch up until that and you have your wish

Fr. I found it in my elementary school library one week. Nobody else found that book or the sequel the rest of the year
Excited for this movie now, brought back some good memories reading that book in middle school
What would have been cool is if the animals noises slowly became words through the movie
Ya like in the book
I love the wild robot books there some of my favourites and the trailers are looking so good
This movie gives off so much “Iron Giant” vibes
She's not supposed to be hostile! She has an entire section in the book stating she's programmed to not cause harm and can't go against it
The wild robot book… the memories
Is it just me or does DreamWorks never fail to cook with their movies 🤔
Its always the happy robots that understand everything yet dont understand everything
People who don't read this book you have no idea what it's truly about. It is really good. I read that in third grade it was one of the best books I've known at the time
as a wild robot fan this shit looks fire i have high hopes for that movie
I read that book less than a year ago. It wasn't what I expected but it was fun
Fr I thought it would be way different when I found the book
Read this book in 4th grade , still one of my fav books
This is actually a book and in the book, Roz actually learns the language of the animals and that's when they start talking.
2 books actually
@last2braincellsfightingfor3rd No, it happens in book one
I remember reading this book series back in elementary school, I forgot most of the plot so I am exited to see it, all I remember was an old charecter saying that winters are getting colder and summer is getting hotternor smth
