It is the same figure they just re sculpted some battle damaged on the side of the helmet and where the arm was torn apart, I got it today and I feel that it does not have any accessories, I mean just the little ones but the first version have the extra head, katana, and the extra arm by the way I own 2 of the first release

I have their original Cyborg Ninja so I was really on the fence for this one - nice to see in in-hand and how similar it is.
