- A lot of students struggle to manage their time effectively. Especially, while they are preparing for their exams (Board exams, UPSC, GMAT/ GRE etc.).
As we grow up, with an increase in responsibility (professional and personal), it again becomes difficult to manage all our commitments effectively.
On this video, I discuss 6 PRACTICAL and highly IMPLEMENTABLE techniques for CREATING more time within the limited 24 hours we have in a day!
I also discuss some tools that I used which helped me a lot while preparing for the UPSC exams and even in life, in general. :)

You both are gems ⭐
Hi Ayushi .... Thank you🙏
Content is good. Clarity of voice and vocabulary is excellent.
Thanks for sharing tips. In my experience I have found that along with task orientation, having result orientation can give you better outcomes as well. But again one need to use good metric to measure any result.
Mam,
Please also read "Digital Minimalism" by Cal Newport.
I think these two books (Deep Work and Digital Min)alongwith SN Goenka's guided meditations (available on UA-cam)are helping me to change my life.
On your 5th point I would like to advice you to also explore the world of Keto diet and for the perfect exercise Suryanamaskar (stretching, cardio, strength... Everything. Plus you don't need much space or spend money on equipment or gyms).
It always comes down to character traits mam. Patience, contentment and persistence can solve a lot of our problems.
Very useful 6 point & good Explain

Hello Ms. Ayushi.
It is a very interesting video. Apart from pomodaro technique, there is an another tool called Kanban Board, a chinese based method where one can visually see deliverables at various stages of a process using cards/ notes etc. Used especially by office goers & can be used by students as well 😊
Thanks for sharing! :)
This technique now a days used in Software development where developer/QA can see their respective work progress in given timeline.
Kanban Board you can use notion or trellio to track your task
Happy New year 🎊
