Actually, ATCAM missed the target.....cluster did all the damage...after 4 to 6 seconds delay.
That's what cluster munitions are supposed to do. I don't think the Russian soldiers down there are thinking "man I'm glad I didn't get hit by the missile instead I get hit by a cluster bomb"
The cluster munitions were in the ATACMS.
One missile was a dud, and impacted without releasing its cluster munition. The other three missiles successfully deployed their cluster munitions on target. The missile is just a vehicle to transport a payload, traditionally that's a warhead, which could detonate on impact or airburst above ground. Missiles can also deliver things like cluster munitions, even in the form of tiny anti-personnel mines.

@finec1171 lucky? Dawg the majority of them survived, lol, a fair number were injured but the report from the russian side that out of the 16 that were there 4 died 10 were injured (of varying degree's) and 6 were left unharmed.

@@DR-fc1eyI think you must be talking about a different strike: there's clearly more than 16 guys at the beginning of this video: no way to know exactly how many are there since you can't tell what's human and what's equipment from the video, but the two APCs alone hold 3 crew plus 7-9 infantry, so right there we're up over 20. Since there's plainly more personal present than in the event you reference, my guess is that the casualties were also higher.

I was in the German army and I would not fight in this army, because the conditions there are not good and often we had the problem of insane stupidity.
If a soldier has problems at the battlefield, with the German army he is lost. A lot of stupid things happened during my time there and this under the best conditions. I do not want to know how it ends if the conditions are not so good.

you are so ignorant, this wasnt a rich mans war, this war started because ukraine didnt even have the decency or respect for the people in their eastern regions to listen to their concerns especially about laws tbat were put in place that began to cause harm to those people. This war was born out of hatred and anger from ukrianians and russians. Ukraine attacked the residents of donbass first, then donbass militias began to defend their homes from ukrainian aggression, then that escalated into a full conflict within weeks then russia sent Igor girkin to assist the donbass Militia's with organization, training and a bit of manpower. Then the war got bigger and it was a full blown war, and a year later russia actually began to help donbass properly when the militia was begining to lose and russia helped fight it to a stand still then helped organize peace for them, which lasted untill ukraine was preparing on an offensive to finish off the donbass sepratists but russia pre emptivley struck ukraine before they got ready and prepared. Russias initially plan was to make it quick and painless and to stop ukraine from invading donbass which would have been a blood bath for them and to render ukraine a non threat to russia and to negotiate any level of autonomy for donbass...
That was the goal of the war and why russia struck first, and since the plan miserably failed, they. Couldn't just back out because that would mean donbass would slaughtered so they had to do it all the hard way and fight ukraine in a conventional war.
