Ls engines are #1 solid pushrod design they make great power "opened up" and kill Fords in long run and money wise. There single cam less parts to break and ect when was last time Ford made 650hp with 1 cam?

Ain't worth a crap just make all that noise chains stretch and lose hp spinning, chain or oil pump fails they blow up there junk throw em in trash ruined... 3x the labor to work on, cost alot more that ain't even worth your time or life. We dont see real budget builds on 5.0 fords on UA-cam cause they ain't cheap #1 selling pos cause they dont last most ppl cant a Ford fix em.
