1 tbsp black pepper | يک قاشق مرچ سياه
1 tbsp chicken tikka masala | یک قاشق تيکا ماسالا مرغ
1 tbsp red pepper powder | یک قاشق پودر فلفل قرمز
1 tbsp salt | یک قاشق نمک
1 tbsp turmeric powder | یک قاشق زردچوبه
1 tbsp paprika | یک قاشق پاپریکا
1 tsp mixed chilli flakes | یک قاشق چایخوری چیلی مخلوط شده
1/4 cup oil | 1/4 پياله روغن
1/4 cup yoghurt | 1/4 پياله ماست
1 tbsp garlic, mint and green chilli purée | یک قاشق پوره سیر ، نعناع و مرچ سبز
Half a lime | نصف آهک
Saffron diluted in water | زعفران مخلوط در آب
Baby potatoes | کاچالو
For the boiled vegetables / سبزیجات آب پز:

Brussels sprout | کلم بروکسل
Black pepper | مرچ سيا
