Mixing in an up and down motion does not introduce less air than stirring. Just ask a physicist. You have a stir stick moving through material; the motion doesn't matter. How fast you mix it is more of a factor than the motion. it's like whipping eggs with a fork vs. a blender.
These do not contain any rust inhibitor. We do have a bunch of products that will handle that though such as fast etch, rust encapsulator, and epoxy primer.
