Marshmallows contain gelatin, which is made from animal bones. The vegan ones are great! Dandy makes mini peppermint marshmallows at Christmas - great in hot chocolate!

They need to add way more marshmallows to the yams and I would add some on top and the brown sugar and the cinnamon sugar on the yams and on top and I would make it with sweet corn bread

I almost stopped watching when I saw the vegan marshmallows. Not really a fan of marshmallows in anything except s'mores once a decade or so.
However, I kept watching because I was still thinking sweet potatoes. Not canned yams.
By the end of the video, I was reminded of sweet potato cornbread and sweet potato waffles. So, I might have to give this a try next time I am thinking about buying some regular (not vegan) marshmallows.
