You might think differently if you get Patrick Roger Chocolat and Laduree macarons. They are amazing. When I went to Paris I was in a bed and breakfast that had a local bakery that made brilliant quiches, bread, and savory pastries.

I would, too-especially if I was in London. I travel almost 4 times that distance to visit my mom here in the US, about 2/3 of it just to visit my nephew in my same state.

When you live in South of London, or London itself, you can take daytrips to Paris via train. My grandmother used to go with a group of friends every couple of weeks.
Europe is amazing, isn't it? You can go to Paris and the next day you can party in Berlin and the next day you can visit Prague.
It's so amazing to be part of the European union... oh, wait...

As someone from Florida, I think it would be awesome if you guys would do a week of dishes with no electricity. Hurricane Harvey did a lot of damage to Texas and now less then 2 weeks later, we're about to get crushed by Irma. :-( Just an idea, love your channel.

As a parisian, studying near Le Louvre I can attest why what you got was average, there was a queue because everything around there is crazy expensive. So the few places that sell good cheap stuff have all the people working in the governement buildings and museums around there eating at these places. Usually, in Paris if you want good to great food you need to get away from the touristy spot.
I feel Mikes pain as I went to Paris and couldn't get a croissant anywhere! Apparently it was the week where all the croissant makers go on holiday. Needless to say, I will consider the timing of my trip more wisely next time

Our class went on a field trip to the Louvre. With our actual geography teacher. Who then lost sight of our entire class and actually left the museum to go look for us. An hour later, 25 17-year-olds were seen outside the museum, being told off by a very annoyed Smurf-sized lady with a bad perm. And we didn't even get to see the Mona Lisa! Naked Statue Hunting with Ben seems like the better deal ;)

Guys if you're still in Paris I HIGHLY recommend visiting a restaurant on the Champs Elysee called "Paul". They have the absolute best chocolate macarons and you need to try their potato dauphinoise :D
Too bad you missed Christophe Adam's éclaires, they are awesome !! You should have try patisseries from Pierre Hermé and Christophe Michalak 's bakeries and PHILIPPE CONTICINI !!!

Please do an ice cream store! There's amorino EVERYWHERE in London, but there are so many really good ice cream places. I came across a gelato shop in Bath called Swoon, got the chocolate sorbet as well as the lime and pepper sorbet and it was the most amazing thing i had ever put in my mouth.. then a week later I was at the Great Taste Awards and they won the overall award! Or maybe an ice cream battle because you could do a lot of good flavours :)
So sad I missed you guys in Paris !! Please come back again, I'll take you to the best restaurants, boulangeries and many more !
Ahhh I work at amorino the roses are hard and melt quickly but they are delicious and our macaroons are filled with gelato

You MUST go to L'as Du Falafel for the best falafel you'll ever have. It's in the Marais, and don't be tempted to go to the copy falafel store next door because of the long line. It's not the same.
Even though I am not a huge fan of France and French cuisine, it looks like you guys had an amazing time!!! The food did look amazing! I wish I lived in Europe, could wake up and say, "You know what, I think I'm gonna go to Paris to check out the food." LoL.

There's Amorinos in London too! One in Covent Garden/Holborn area and they've got the nicest range of flavours ever. Everything I've tried legit ends up being my favourite
