Yes, it's easy to get there. It's the Koningin (queen) Emmaboulevard. It's free to visit and park your car. You then can almost toutch the ships 😀
The footage you saw where shot from the apartment I rented during my summer holidays.

Small world, but not long ago I was chasing 'Yasmine' the ferry ship shown at 3:30 with my drone, down the thames estuary and I was super surprised to see the very same ship on a random youtube video ( nevertheless very well made video and with good camera work) ! 😀

If you have any experience, you can try to get a job. There are so many companies in the world who want experienced people.
