I don't know why, but hearing Keanu is left handed, but they made John be right handed so they can show off him being ambidextrous is just the coolest thing to me.
Seeing Keanu in SPEED doing his stunts and doing the action sequences you just knew he had the potential for becoming the phenomenon we know as John Wick!
these interviews are literally some of the highest quality conversations about movies available. but i think something is misaligned between the content and delivery on youtube this should be getting way more views vs the interviewers asking "what was your favorite action" for the hundredth time. From the outside it looks like an impossible problem, you have the whole show with an interview inside it so you don't want to excise the interview because it brings people to the show but the interview could maybe go much farther as a stand alone piece. great work, the double interviewer format is a banger

Nothing pops, everything looks flat and grey. I wish more people got that serious on the contrasts, both on blacks and on other contrasting colours.

My favorite action set piece is in Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End during the maelstrom battle. A long battle that wraps up the original trilogy.

I can’t believe people bitching about running time of john wick 4 meanwhile they praise long ass movies of mcu or once upon time in Hollywood (which was a good movie but its pacing undeniably much slower than JW4)

Just watched John Wick 4 and it was amazing, my personal favorite movie in the series, beautifully shot, story was really good, the action was epic and overall the movie was a super fun thrill ride, cast was great too, Donnie Yen and Shamier Anderson stole the show, the perfect way to wrap up John Wicks’s story, masterpiece movie, really enjoyed it 👏👏👏👏
Thats why while the last duel he was holdong pistol in his left hands inwas wondering why thats the case thank you chad.

The way I heard it, Keanu says he does "action sequences" and his stunt crew do "stunts". He normally goes out of his way to shine some light on them during interviews. Also thought I heard that he bought all of the stunt crew on one of his movies motorcycles.
It was Matrix reloaded I believe... in appreciation for the stunt work on the highway battle.
For JW4, I think it was a Rolex for every single one of the stuntmen with a custom engraving on the back, thanking the stuntmen for their work.
Also Norman Reedus is in the ballerina.
I think Stan is a Buster Keaton fan, do we see another cameo in JW4? Buster did appear in 2&3.

It's just that people aren't enjoying the genre no matter what. Shazam and Quantamania are not good movies, we all know it, so no one cares. That's the bottom line. Guardians and Flash will do way better. Blue Beetle will do well if the reviews are good/the movie isnt shit.
John Wick Chapter 1 I liked, Chapter 2 I loved, Chapter 3 was a let down.

I’ve known about Chad Stahelski since bloodsport 2 with Daniel Bernhardt. I love how loyal they are to each other. Daniel looked out for Chad and now Chad looks out for Daniel.
