I'm a Fueler myself, mainly driving 3K, 5K, 7K, and 10K refuelers. I'm genuinely surprised your truck (which I assume is a 10K?) has an overwing nozzle. All our 10K fuel trucks do not have an overwing nozzle, only our 7K's and below have them, and looks like your meter is different from the ones we have. Does that truck carry FSII or is it pre-mixed? Really neat video! I'm short so I have such a hard time hooking up with the cradle always and it sucks for me. Edit: your truck interior looks exactly like the few 10K's we have, but exterior wise is different.

Just curious, but when fueling such a large aircraft from a truck, would it be faster/easier if you had the second truck with you from the beginning and using that to connect to the left wing fuel filling ports filling the aircraft from both sides at the same time?

the small yellow cable you see all refuelers put on the plane is the ground.. this is most likely a deadmans switch to stop refueling when he lets go like you said
@CajunJosh Refilling is actually very similar to uplifting fuel. You pull up to the bottom loading station and attach a grounding cable and a single point nozzle to the bottom loading port and open the deadman switch. the truck knows when it's full and stops the fuel loading.
