I went to a pub in the suburbs, there were Asian girls living upstairs behind a locked gate. Some would sit on the steps with sad faces. My heart broke. I’m sure lots knew about this. I spent many years making sure I did as much as possible with what I could do. Cops drank there. Unforgivable. Felt like I was Clark Kent. Ended up in my own hell hole. The owner died a horrible death eventually naturally, my opinion. I can’t Unsee what I have seen. Nor felt.

The Sound Of Freedom is a must see and those of us who know the extent of what has been going on..can not sleep at night. It is much worse than most can even imagine what they have been doing to our children. These are Narcopaths that do these things. I have always been a lone wolf 🐺 and will continue to be. Yes they do run in pack & always thought it was me… now have learned it’s not me it’s them! I have been surrounded by them my entire life. Now I know and don’t speak much except to those I can trust.

Narcs need no Forgiveness. That Job is for God. Forgive yourself. While Forgiving yourself you will realize that was a waste of time. Narcs don't come with a warning label. You went in with the right intentions. You have to find a way to rid that anger. Hobbies, Education, working out and ask God to help someone who has been abused. See Warrior to cut the whole tie is to get off the couch. Process is fine for a while, but it does have physic strings. A Narc being a pure POS to the core does power up even when we go no contact. They do pack around a Demon. They have abilities. They are to stupid most of the time, but do feel the feeling as supply and enjoy it even when we are a thousand miles away. We don't want these Narcs to know anything about what they have done. Not till we have healed and serve up Karma when that boomerang Narc comes by blowing on the wind. The Narc enjoy living Tar babies. Our job is to rid those and enjoy life.

I have tried but no one wants to hear it, it’s so disgusting.
It was in 2001 that my stepdaughter started cutting herself and our nightmare really began even though the kids nightmare had been going on.
It has been a fight
Just recently, I spoke of having to write a parole letter, again after 19 years and I would like to report that he was denied so it will be three more years.

And yes, at times I thought that they were all against me. People were protecting him especially his family, and everyone thought that I was crazy. Every time I had to move for our protection. Yes, everyone thought that I was the crazy one.
Even my family would say, oh he’s not doing that
There were not very many there for me, but I did have angels all along the way
Women’s shelter’s were a Godsend in every town that I moved and My son and I were alone and they truly were there for us
That is where I got the guidance and therapy because they did understand
If you need to escape an abuser, go to a shelter, where you have support
I’m sorry this is long, but this is really so important, we need to talk about it. The silence needs to be broken.

Not all shelters are safe, not all staff are aware & can hand deliver you straight back to a narcissist, police included. Some narcissist's have the gift of the gab, and pull information out from the weak and unaware of this demonic world we live. I was in many shelters 30 years ago and located by a narc in all but one. Then the threats of death & tortue against your family when the safe systems can't keep you safe, I understand first hand why abusers can keep control. You were blessed finding a shelter to help you on your new path.

In my case therapist are null and void. They know I see the truth. Encourage me not to waste my money I’m good.🌞 as in I can see clearly now the rain is gone however, I am glad I used a therapist for a while it proved my point.

Once I found a warrior on a train, and it was before, I knew the truth wholeheartedly. I remember saying to myself it seems like she wants to talk to me about some thing. When she got back on the train, though, after smoking her cigarette, she changed ,she clammed up. Poor thing she was sitting by her narc . if only I had known back, then I could’ve told her to watch Jesse. One thing for sure, though I know I must’ve mentioned Christ to her. What’s up Jesse, you are my foremost mentor, recovery was not easy, but with what I learned from you and a selection of others, you can literally call the cards before they get a chance to play them, keep your heart and compassion and always put yourself first, be kind and loving, but never leave your center and that is you, you are first and always trust you gut. It was a painful past for me, but now i am striving on my own, but not alone, great friends are more than you can imagine. Nothing other you is required, and only you without building another, they come complete!

Today it was the last time i saw my boss. He went paying me before going on holidays. Then i asked him where should i let the keys cause monday its my last day. To my surprise he got very disturbed and triggered. A reaction that i never saw before in no one. So i wished him good holidays and all the best but he was so disturbed that even didnt said goodbye proprly. For almost 3 years i was there saving him and the kids from the consequences of married a covert narc woman . I thought i was helping but i wasnt. I was just enabling the problem. But at the time i was in my healing couldnt think clear about what i was seeing.The mind of a narc is such a chaos that it reflects in the environment. Its just chaos, acumulation of stuff, dirt. Its all about consuming, pleasures, travels, shinning through beauty and clothes. Demanding attention all the time and beeing served as queen. Im out of Egypt. I hope one day he can be too cause he is a good man. 3 kids born to be the anchor to maintean a very capable person providing and serving. So sad. Absolutly unequal yokes
New sub here, yep coming out of a 30 year marriage to a narc.. fortunately she wasn't a powerful one, but she never would change or give up her ways.
