It doesn't have a helical cutter head. It has a spiral cutter head...helical cutter heads have angled blades and are placed in a helical. This is just the same as the wahuda, cutech and every other one of these jointers that actually properly market as a spiral cutter.

Does this unit have a chip ejector? i.e. can I just route this to a cyclone like a dust devil without the use of a vacuum system?
I think this is the identical or close cousin of the King Canada 8" Jointer. Side by side they appear the same.
